Impact of the current curriculum on FIA-UNPRG graduates in the Lambayecana-Peru Region

Abstract

Graduates, employers, educational skills, job skills dance with current affairs and changes in new technologies; in Lambayeque, the UNPRG evaluated the influence of theoretical knowledge and job performance. The study method is non-experimental, transactional, descriptive, and correlational, with a quantitative approach and probabilistic sampling, results that will be replicated in other universities, under the hypothesis that the teachings provided in the FIA-UNPRG have a positive impact on employability and self-employability of its graduates. The sample consisted of 63 respondents from a population of 150 graduates in the last 5 years; Graduates without a bachelor's degree were excluded. Relevance was found between the educational offer and the benefits to society; It is proposed that graduates should continue to be part of the university, for their contribution and improvement of the curriculum and the contribution of the university through job placement and continuous training, in a sustainable environment.
