The Coexistence Of Labor Regimes In The National Penitentiary Istitute

Abstract
The objective of the research is to carry out an analysis of the coexistence of different labor regimes in the establishment Virgen de Fátima-INPE prison, where they use a qualitative research methodology to explore the categories. Among its results, it has been shown that the INPE, there are a series of coexistence of labor regimes, which do not help much because each one has different types of labor objectives for hiring. The interviewees mention that there is no meritocracy in the penitentiary, because 50% of corruption exists and the positions are chosen by hand, for this reason, there are not many opportunities to grow professionally either. With regard to remuneration, this is very far from the reality in which each person should receive, although it is an amount that can cover certain needs, there are other problems such as workers who have a problem with inmates, such as some discussion or conflict, taking the risk of blows such as fights.
