Management of bibliographic resources and autonomous learning processes through the implementation of a virtual platform for pedagogical support

Abstract
The objective of this work is to implement a platform virtual pedagogical support to improve student learning and improve the pedagogical performance of the teachers of the Program Palestinian Education Regional. During the development of this project education, the necessary aspects were analyzed to determine the viability of the project, the statistical tools, observation and methodologies to develop appropriate educational proposals with the reality that we have in our institution, in addition to being able to determine what the hypothesis raised had or not foundation for its exploitation and development. Quantitative and qualitative variables were taken into consideration when carrying out the research, as it was necessary to determine acceptance among teachers, managers and students, for which graphic tools and statistical type. At the end of the research and development project, presenting the reports of the same and how education influences other instances and how it can be projected in the institution, in such a way that there is a clear and concise vision and mission, recognize the groups beneficiaries and its impact, including implementation in project mood
